This striper and hybrid report fishing report has been brought to you exclusively by Robert Eidson of First Bite Guide Service, 770 827 to 6282. eidson6260@comcast.net.

Line side fishing is good and the big fish are starting to biting. The hybrid bite is still the best biting going and we are catching some very nice ones weighting up to 8 1/2 pounds. The striper bite is good. Our biggest striper this week was a very nice 26 pound striper. Mid lake has been very good this week. The fish are biting flat lines and planner boards early and down lines after the sun comes up. The bite that we had at Bartow Carver a couple of weeks ago is back and may be the best on the lake. Trolling has been with the Mack Farr umbrella rigs 120 feet behind the boat at 2.75 miles and hour. We are now booking trip to Carters for March and April. Even though I guide Allatoona 95% of the time, we know Carters Lake very well. My clients have held two lake records there in the past two years. Give me a call and let's make it three.
