Off shore brown trout fishing has set up nicely along the eastern shore of Lake Ontario. The bite wasn't on fire but the hits were hard and we came up with some nice brown trout. We fished 30-40 feet of water and most hits were down 10-20 feet on natural color stingers.

Walleye fishing on Lake Ontario has been consistent. The BIG walleyes are there but we are working for 6-8 hit, 3-4 fish a trip. Double digit fish are common though.:)

We hit Oneida one night this week. The walleye fishing was decent with 30+ hits - 20+ landed and 10 or so nice 17-22'' keepers. Slow trolling worm harnesses before dark worked well. After dark trolling small stick baits took some really nice fish. We had a BIG one get off at the side of the boat:(

We have plenty of openings through summer for Lake Ontario salmon and trout charters.

The rest of this month is still prime for walleye as well. Our fall salmon trips are booking fast- get your dates in soon!
