Smith Lake
May 31st, 2013
With Memorial Day behind us, things are getting back to normal, we were able to catch fish during the busiest weekend on Smith lake, but it was tough fishing, and the size we caught wasn't great. But thing are back to normal now and the night bite is on. Starting this week I'll be running to kinds of trips the rest of the summer. One being and late afternoon - night trip, starting around 6 p.m.and running between 10 p.m. - 12 a.m. Option number two is a 3 a.m. - 9 a.m. Trip. This are the two best times to take trips this time of year. We are fishing over big schools of stripe during the night part of the the trips. Start at 3 a.m. on morning trips gives use the chance to have two hours on the lights. Which I fell is extremely important to us maximizing your trip. This is my favorite time of year to fish, even though its hot, nothing beats it. I'll be offering a gift certificate for Father's Day, save $50 on any trip. Gift certificate is good for one year from the date of purchase.
