As we began a new week with a weekend of big rains the IRL began to show signs of a more normal water level in this area. The first thing I noticed was the huge schools of Ladyfish had moved out and the Reds started cruising more of their Normal haunts. In addition the larger Snook started to move around and become more active as the Temps came up to 80. Fishing on Wed the 8th with Dave West and his daughter Jen we found the action to be a little uneven but still Jen caught the Triple Crown (snook, red, trout). These fish all came on DOA CAL Tails and Yo-ZURI 3d Minnows. We also caught some Jack,Ladyfish and Bluefish mixed in.Fishing on the 7th with Kevin from NC we had a similiar day with 8 Snook and about a dozen Trout with Most fish on this day being small.
