Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!!
December the Seas were nice and beautiful, till the third week when the high pressure system opened the wind window and with combined seas the conditions became really sporty. It was not till January second that the conditions got better and will get a few days of calm seas till the next cold front.
The Bite was Mixed Bag. The wahoo run was strong on December also the mahi mahi were abundant. No Billfish with this moon. (Bummer).
During the really rough days we stayed fishing protected in the Spanish virgin island of Vieques and Culebra. Were also the bite was mixed, King Macks, Mutton Snappers, Yellow Tail snappers, blue runners and plenty of Barracudas.
