Summertime fishing off of Miami Beach definitely have its perks, the gulfstream is usually 2 1/2 miles away. Once we departed the dock that morning we were literally on the reef within 10 minutes we caught a few nice king fish in about 125 feet of water after we limited out with the king suite headed offshore looking for mahi-mahi but not to my surprise we hook the beautiful wahoo in the 30 to 40 pound range underneath a floating piece of bamboo and 350  of water as soon as the plane Arad went off I knew we had a nice fish on as he started stripping drag and line out of the reel.

And before you know it we had him both sides With in gaff range we put him right into the box and had another great day!
