Fishing continues to improve as the weather cools. We had a nice push of Sailfish and Dolphin after Tropical Storm Noel moved east of us. On the patch reefs there are good signs of change as plenty of Spanish and Cero Mackerel have invaded the shallower reefs. There is also plenty of Yellowtail Snapper on the reefs out to 80 feet. The only drawback to this good fishing is you have to pick your days as this time of the year we are usually presented with brisk North Winds with sloppy seas. We fished Friday the 11/9 and managed to catch a few dolphin and raised one small Sailfish. On Saturday we headed out to the reefs but due to lack of current had a difficult time catching Snappers. We finished the evening with a nice slot Snook caught in Southern Biscayne Bay by James.
