Today was my first day back on the water since Sundays Cold front and rain. The water was dirty as I thought it would be. I had Mike Wessler from Pa. and His father in law Tim Jensen on board. We knew that sight fishing was not going to be so good,we hit the oyster bars where the tide was moving and scored on a few small snook. Then we moved and found a bit of cleaner water and found some nice trout and had fun with the 7wts on some ladyfish. I found a couple reds around a shore line but the boys did not connect with them. As the tide turned we shot a bit north between Naples and Marco and found 2 reds about 23" on an oyster clump. Well it was not the trophy red day but action was better than I thought it would be.
