We're about 3 hours into our all day trip aboard the Mary B III today and we just boated a 30 pound plus bull dolphin. The bull came up on the left long rigger bait. We could see him charging in, his head was on top of the water pushing a wake behind him. He swallowed it in one gulp and was hooked up! We fought him for about 20 minutes before getting him to the boat. Suprisingly, there were no other dolphin following him. Big bulls like this usually have a cow or 2 behind them. Nice to see some big dolphin biting in Ft Lauderdale. Wahoo have been all over the place this week. We've got 4 hours left to fish in this trip, so hopefully we'll find a big wahoo or some more dolphin. Sea ya out there!
