The Blue Marlin fishing continues to be quite good. Yesterday, October 23, we released one Blue Marlin estimated at 250 lbs...and landed a nice Mahi Mahi that weighed in at 46 lbs. There are many nice tuna schools around and both the trolling and live bait bite has been excellent. A few days before that, Rob Guidie from Washington DC and the Pentagon chartered HighNoon for an afternoon half date Kona fishing trip earlier this week. Rob was looking for something to take back to the condo for his group to eat. We got more eating fish than we bargained for when a huge Bull Mahi Mahi weighing 55 lbs took off with our live bait. Rob had six people to feed...we could have fed about 30 off this fish. Every so often I get an email that emphasizes my approach to big game fishing Yesterday, I got this email from Jeff Ferris...a charter I had earlier this month. Thanks Jeff!

Hi Captain Dee Bradford
I would like to thank you for a terrific day of fishing last week. I read the kind words on your web site. I really got a good look at the marlin and I looked at the record marlin in the downtown hotel in Kona. I am sure it was every bit the size of the record marlin. It was at least a 800 pound marlin. I wish your web site would show a way to leave feedback for others to see. I would give you great feedback and others could know what a terrific effort you give your fishing charters. It would also be great if you had a map posted to show how people all over the place come to fish with you. If you ever change your web site so we can leave positive feedback and kind words let me know. I will give you big A "t" for the fishing trip. I will continue to watch your web site. Someday I will again vist Kona and look forward to fishing if your not retired. Thanks Jeff Ferris!
