Steam rolling into April! Hot weather, plenty of sunshine for the Palm Beaches the past week. Warms water and and hungry fish for anglers.
Snook have been active and eating along docks, sewalls and mangrove shorelines. Rapala x raps and live baits have been great baits to get the strike. Multi species of snook are being caught by anglers the last week. Making for a surprise of guess the snook species!
Jacks have been abundant and aggressive for anglers, Rapala skitter and live baits have been best tactics for drag screaming runs. Docks, seawalls and channel edges best areas to target the jacks.
Rock piles and channel edges have been holding a mix bag of species for anglers looking to put a bend in the rod. Snapper, drum, mackerel, barracuda, sharks and others species are striking.
