You know when spring time is here when everything swimming in the water is biting. During a charter on 4-9-09 we came upon a nice school of redfish in the 24 to 34 inch range. The school of redfish stayed next to the boat for 3 hours and were not spooky at all. During the incoming tide we pulled in redfish for 3 hours solid until the incoming tide stopped.

There were a lot of snook also in the same area but the redfish would not let them touch any live bait we threw out. One snook was also boated but in a different area.

This is the time of year that I look forward too. The fish basically eating the bottom of the boat mixed with perfect weather...it doesn't get any better than this!
