Some locations of Mosquito Lagoon have no flounder to be found, but as I talked with an old salt he told me they are around. Watch for them to be buried deeper than normal making it harder to see them. Shrimping is so - so with the average dipping going 2-3 gallons, even during our right tides and moon. I do expect the coming months to pick up for both flounder gigging and shrimping, so book that trip now for Jan - March.

Redfishing is still good with tailing fish in less than a foot of water. Look for more grassy areas with sandholes for a good shot.

Last week I did some filming with the Daytona Beach newspaper. We caught several reds with the highlight being a nice group of tailing fish all caught on film as I hooked up!!
