8/2/10 I start this weekly report on the same note I finished last weeks report, so the least said the soonest mended. Wind SE, then veered ENE late this afternoon and overcast all day, max air temperature 8.0c. 9/2/10 again just the odd boat out, wind NE light and overcast, max air temperature 6.2c. 10/2/10 One Salmon caught on the troll by Mr Eric Jouen Of Waterville and France and @ lobsterb@iol.ie so congratulations to Eric, and that just proves my point if you are out there manipulating your bates you will catch my Noble Gentlemen the Salmon. Wind NE light with bright sunshine all day, max air temperature 6.9c. 11/2/10 There were a few more boats out today but sadly all failed miserably in their duties. Wind NE light with bright sunshine all day, max air temperature 7.1c. 12/2/10 Just the odd boat out manipulating there Repala's. Wind E light to fresh with bright sunshine throughout the day, max air temperature 8.2c. 13/2/10 All quiet on the SW front. Wind E light to calm and overcast with the odd bit of sun breaking through, max air temperature 6.4c. 14/2/10 Mr. Eric Jouen was in good form again in the trolling department when he Procured a fine 12lbs Salmon, and for the rest of we anglers we all failed miserably in our duties and if you want lessons you can contact Eric @ lobsterb@iol.ie and just for the record there were at least 6 boats out which was good see.
