Very good fishing this week with creel numbers ranging from 9 to 20 fish per trip. We caught chinook salmon up to 20 pounds and steelhead up to 13 pounds. The fish appear to be scattered anywhere from 60 to 180 foot of water, however the best depth is the 100 to 130 foot range. The fish are being caught from 30 foot to 120 foot down with good action on 150, 200 and 300 foot of copper with stinger spoons (mixed veggie, lemon ice, blue dolphin, green dolphin coyote and NBK). The dipsy divers are run at 100 and 150 foot of wire and the stingray spoons are on the low divers (flavor changed from day to day) and Pro Troll flashers ( pearl fishscale, chrome mountain dew, mixed veggie and white mountain dew glow) and Rapture yellow fern, purple mirage, and green hypnotist flies on the high divers. The downriggers did not produce consistently, however when they did the best rig was the 11 in white glow/UV Pro Troll with a green hypnotist fly.

Good news on the perch with limit catches reported in 40 top 50 foot of water south of Douglas Point.
