This weeks trips saw three Atlantic Salmon from
11-19.6 lbs, three from 7-9 lbs. Dark bushy Streamers, Flourescent Chartruese Cleos and Pink Spinners were the ticket. Slow and deep presentations were rewarded with fast action
if we were paying attention to the bite. Seven fish were either lost or couldn't be turned.
Water levels were up and River Rafting was the only way to stalk the big ones. Our 16 foot Cataraft with swivel seats allowed fishing from every angle On-the-Drift. A bald Eagle and three Ospreys were observed fishing with us. We now carry pepper spray in case we run into a Black Bear- tracks were seen this Fall. My research and experience with Black and Brown Bear in Alberta, Canada and Kenai, Alaska, respectively,
makes every client safe and sound on all trips-no worries!.
