Started my river season Sept. 24 on the Salmon R. We floated the mid river and plugged for salmon, we only had a few bites. That evening 6-11pm we fished the mouth of the Salmon R and were very happy with the results. From 7:30- 10 we landed 7 nice Kings.
Sept. 25 we decided to fish the Oswego R. it was a tough bite but still managed to capture a hand full. Things are tough to predict right now with the lack of rain in the forecast but I feel the fishing shouldn't get any worse only better.
