We went out on Sat 12-6-08 and had a great time on the lake! With a slow presentaion of the proper bait in the proper locations on the lake we had a very relaxing and productive day of fishing. We were able to boat about 25 big keeper Sandies and 3 keeper Hybrids. The water was about 50 degrees when we started and 52.5 or so when we finished. We were fishing on the steepest drop offs of the main lake points about 28' to about 32' and on one of the biggest humps on that side of the lake. We had the best bite when using LEAD BABY 2oz Long Minnows and 3.5oz Big Betha Slabs, Glowinggreen/Blackback and Chartreuse/Blackback seemed to be the most productive colors. Check out my website, I posted a couple of pics from our trip. www.goneslabbin.com
