July3-13 has been very good fishing. This week after the full moon should prove to be banner.

I fished several night trips around Naples Bay last week with great results. The snook were feeding heavy during the moon and averaged 25 snook a night last week. The day fishing was a bit off as the snook were feeding at night but first light and dusk provided some great action on top water lures. The redfish amde up for the day snook bite as the average of 4 reds per trip were released. Most of the redfish were in the 22=25in size. Fly fishing was very productive on the outgoing tide targeting the outside points abd oyster bars using clousers.

There are a few tarpon around and I expect more to show now after the spawn.
