1. LINE_SIDES: Striper fishing is Great right now. The mouths of the creeks seem to be holding most of the fish right now. There are also stripers being caught up the river by the island. And on the humps down by the dam. Flat line and planner boards are working best in the morning. But after 9am. The u-rig bite can't be beat. Troll your MACK FARR u-rigs across as many points as you can. You may have to hit 10-20 points before you find the fish. But when you do hold on. The u-rig bite has all ways been good on Carters at the end of Jan. And is really starting to heat up now....If you would like to learn how to troll Carters the right way.....Pick up the phone and book a trip. U-rigs are a GREAT way to catch fish on Carters after the sun comes up. If you know how to do it right......
