Sal Mattino

Hello from St. Lucie Sportfishing Charters! This trip starts out with visitors from way out west the great state of Utah! We got a limited amount of live baits for the morning bite, but headed out the the Eight Mile Reef and managed to put a nice King in the box by 8AM.

Boneheads were just about at every stop on the list today.Making great rod bending action. We drifted into about 120 feet of water when we hooked up with a nice Cobia weighing in at 16 pounds. After that battle was done, we moved in to about fifty feet of water and hooked up again with his big brother weighing in at 25 pounds.

The action was steady through out the day with this family from Utah. That's my report for St. Lucie Sportfishing Charters! Boat safe & fish hard! Capt. Sal out!
