We found a nice spot was some really good bottom so we threw the anchor there was a really good current to the north around five knots so we were using 1 pound lead on the braid and 2 pounds of lead on the mono.  It wasn’t too long before we hooked up as I crank the fish up it started swimming to the top I knew we had something different on

Cobia !!!!yelled Sheldon I grab the leader and before you know it we had the gaff in the fish .  We also pulled up a really nice group are in the 35 pound range this fish ate a live yellow tail on the braid .

And we had a few nice Mutton snappers mixed in It was another great day for us before you know it we were heading back to the dock!!
