The fishing has been as hot as the weather. The snook have been feeding better than ever, the snook have been staged up in their summer time spawning areas.Good place to start looking for these linesiders is along the beaches in the surf, passes, bridges, deep channels, and deeper flats.Since the water tempature is in the mid 90 degree range I have been fishing areas with good moving water and deeper water depth.Remember the big snook are females and are full of eggs this time of year so handle these fish with extreme care. When the tides have been slow Mackerel have been biting good as well.Find hard bottom or structure along with big schools of bait and thier should macks not far behind. I have dropped the grouper rod with some big cut bait in the same spots that I fish for the mackerel and have hooked into some 4 to 5ft sharks, when hooked be ready for a fight!!!!!

Good luck and tightlines!!!!!!!!!
