The Swiftwater creek has been fishing exceptionally well this past week. Ausable Wulffs, stimulators and ant patterns in sizes 14-18 have been producing consistently. Small bead heads have also be take their fair share of fish, however with the trout eagerly taking top water the need for using a dropper doesn't exist. Clients have been catching between 15 -25 fish in a four period depending on their level of casting skill. Better cast have been catching higher numbers of fish because they are able to cast further and more accurately, by doing so they are disturbing the fish less and keeping them actively feeding.
