Details:The Sahara range has been designed for fresh and light to medium saltwater use, and incorporates all the brilliant engineering you expect to find in a Shimano reel, but at a very reasonable price. The aluminium body is strong yet light in weight, while the machined aluminium spool and its waterproof drag provides superlative casting and fish fighting performance. A Power Roller minimises friction and line twist at a key choke point, and Dyna-Balance gets rid of any rotor wobble. The Super Stopper II anti-reverse system ensures solid hook-sets, and Shimano's super Fluidrive II system of gearing and drive train construction - coupled with three A-RB bearings and a roller bearing - makes winding ultra smooth and durable. Each Sahara reel comes with a bonus aluminium spool.
