The drags are silky smooth and really powerful. I've had 4 Sailfish to 65lb and Wahoo up to 45lb using my speedy 5000 Twin Power and the fish were easy to haul! Anyone who tells you these reels are bad aint got one because they are the best! Twin Power and they I believe that there is no real difference between the Stella & the twin power so save yourself a bundle and go for this great reel. I have been having a problem with the consistency of the drag pressure, and the spool of the reel of this quality is a really big dissapoinment. It started to get corroded from day 1 I used it for fishing. The saltwater dried inside the spool to stick and chipped the spool. It is really big dissapointment for the reel just under Stella, while other reel like stradic, sustain or even alivio spool never corroded. Add your own review |
