We left the dock this morning looking for late season Taron on fly. We found several groups of fish on the Ocean side flats, which we was able to put one up in the air which the hooks pulled shortly after. We ran outback and found alot of baby Tarpon rolling and laid up along the mangroves. These babies can be found year around and can be alot of fun on light tackle. Babies tend to hang out in the same areas daily and for that reason they can be overfished, for that reason we need to keep fishing pressure light on these little guys. We caught two this morning and then left them alone. Casting small soft plastics on 8-10lb line works great along with small shrimp style flies on 8-9 weight fly rods can be alot of fun. Good luck and have fun!!!
