Got out to the Lagoon about 9:30am too darn cold for an early start. I worked the edges of the flats sight fishing. We saw several nice small schools of reds and black drum. We landed a nice 10 pounder and then a 9 pounder on 4" gulp shrimp nuclear chicken color. Then I spotted two big girls working down the edge of the shoal. I flipped out a half crab on a 3/0 Daiichi circle hook and one slurped it right up after a forearm burning twenty minute fight we landed her took some quick pictures and released her for the next angler to have that great experience.

Make sure you get out there and "Get your Fish On! Florida Fisherman Style!"
