Morning started out slow, just a couple of fish. Waited for the current to come through figuring the bite would turn on...it didn't. Went to check out a couple different area's and was glad I did.
2 1/2 hours into the tide the bite turned on and it was an all out blitz!!! Had times where we had 5 and 6 fish working. Everyone aboard limited out and then some.
Tom Krako and Dr. Sal were back out today after the good fishing of yesterday. Sal was the big pool leader with an 18.5 pounder...Tommy lands one at 22 followed by a 21 then Eric the Mortgageman hits pay dirt with his 24.5 pounder to take over the lead in the seasonal pool.
Eric also won the Fall contest in 2009!!
June was on her A game with her brand new rod and reel combo, landing 7 nice fish. (Should have bought that 2 years ago)!!!!
Joeski after missing yesterdays trip made it today and kicked some bass also.
It was catch and release after 1:00pm. Loads of bait, loads of fish..doesn't get any better than this!!!! Plenty of great pics tonight
