After drought-like conditions, rain has finally arrived on the Oregon coast. So far it's been more of a tease than true RAIN. Still, because it's already November, any rain is good rain and likely to get things stirred up and get the fish moving through the systems. Fishing regulations have changed dramatically this year. So it's best to go online and check the ODFW website and get up-dated information specific to the river you intend to fish. Hiring a guide who's " in the know" can also be a helpful alternative.
