Line sides fishing is Fair on Carters right now. Fish the same way this week as last. Trout are still the ticket early in the morning on Flat-lines and planner boards. And the ticket to catching these fish is the find the bait. All most all creeks are holding fish and bait. But in some of the creeks they may be in the mouth. And in others they may be half way back.
