Al Godwin from Shreveport La called to see if I was up for trip Monday after all these storms I was ready. We headed out around 7:30 first stop 4 nice trout then zip. Second stop the trout were biting good on live shrimp and Old bayside plastic Shrimp under corks. But the needle fish were all over the live stuff so we eventually switched over to plastic. The bite was not as fast but no needles to deal with. Off to our next stop put a few more in the box LOOKING GOOD. Fourth stop was sliding into home plate the redfish were in frenzy we had 10 in the box in 30 minutes and played catch and release for awhile. Moved to few more points picking off some trout and catching and releasing more reds. FANTASTIC DAY!

37 TROUT

10 REDS

The fishing is really heating up now and the fish are in the marsh so the winds do not kill a good day. I have openings this weekend and during the week give me a call and come catch'em.
