Blue Fin Tuna action has been heating up this month. The bite is within easy reach for many small boat anglers. Fish have been caught in many different sizes ranging from footballs to giants. Many of the fish are being caught on the SW Corner of Stellwagon Bank, Peaked Hill Bar, and around the old BD Bouy. Patience is the key. Troll at different speeds ranging from 4 - 6 knots. Black Squid Bars with a white stinger has been working well for us. Put a strip of black pork rind on the stinger may help. Some boats are rigging Ballyhoo and using them as stingers as well as providing a different scent to the water. Striped Bass and Bluefish are producing very well in high numbers in and around the Race in Provincetown. If you would like to fish for the monsters you can reach us at oceanrunnercharter.com or 774-229-6580
