Originally he skippered party boats including the "Chopper" out of Sheepshead Bay and Staten Island. He has returned to charter boat fishing in the Raritan Bay. He is experienced in netting all of the different species in the Sandy Hook/Raritan Bay area. If there's fish to be found, Captain Carmine will find them!
