Fishing Reports by Captain Jose Campos

Go with 50 years catching Marlin, Tunas, Wahoos, Sails, Dorados and Kings (4/18/2008)
[Puerto Rico Caribbean,] The last of the big Dorados run is almost over, fish in the 30#(cows) and 70#(bulls) till last of april. Gearing up for the white and blue marlins, yellowfin tunas and wahoos offshore, and big king mackerels nearshore from late april thru Oct.
Last week up to now (8/27/2007)
[Puerto Rico Caribbean,] Blue Marlin catches, and lamentably, during a Tournament, several fish over 300 lbs were killed, while other local anglers and ourselves were catching and releasing from 2 to 3 fish this weekend.
The Blue Marlins are here. (8/18/2007)
[Puerto Rico Caribbean,] July was lousy with very few fish(4) tagged and released. Last trip on the 16th tagged and released 2 blues in the 300 to 400# size and that is the best sign that they are having a late run extending into Oct.
The whites and some blues are in (4/27/2007)
[Puerto Rico Caribbean,] We are still catching dorados, wahoos and experienced several white marlin releases the past 2 weeks. Raised a couple of Blues, no action. Yellowfins here but not hitting baits.
