[Sebastian,FL] The fishing the past few weeks has been hit or miss. Recent rains have muddied the waters around Sebastian and water levels remain normal to a bit on the high side. Early morning water temps are running in the low 80s. More bait is showing up and there seems to be bait everywhere at the moment.
