Saturday July 14th Capt Carm & I had the Heerema party for a fluke trip. Dina and Rich along with friends Nicky, Bobby ( Kowalski) and Sam. Started the day with wind against tide for a while but still managed a good number of fish but most just missed the mark. Made a move to a different are of the channel and with the wind and tide in our favor they managed some nice fluke up to 6 pounds. Nicky caught the 6 pounder but it was Dina who ended up with the high hook. Squid and spearing was the top bait they didn't even touch strip baits today.

Dina gave this trip to her newly married husband Rich who can outright fish. Next trip we will hopefully see them for seabass.

Best of luck from capt carm and I on a long happy marrage!
