Hog Heaven
This morning did not start out very good. I took off and went to a spot I KNEW was going to be bad. Let me tell you, we got BLEW UP! I made a 1 hour run in a totally different direction. Pulled up and it was HAMMER TIME. We boxed 50 trout and not one, I said, NOT ONE was under three pounds!!! I've caught some FINE boxes of trout down here in the delta but I dont know if I have ever caught that many and not had one under three pounds. It was INCREDIBLE. I knew a mule was coming, and we did catch two just under 7 pounds and a few more in the low 6's, but not monsters. But I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholders, to many these were monsters! All fish caught tight lining plastics. At it again tommorow......
