Captain Carmine and I went to the fluke hearings this week and voiced our opinions. Unfortunately we didn't get enough support and our fluke season was shortened from mid-May thru mid-Sept.

On a positive note the bag limit stayed the same at 8 fish per person but the size limit did increase from 16.5" to 17".

We are booking trips now so if interested in fishing the Raritan Bay or Sandy Hook areas please check us out and feel free to call with any questions.

The flounder season is coming up soon and the bass should arrive shortly after. We are looking forward to a new exciting season and hope to meet many of you soon.
