Don, Tony, and Dale were scheduled for Thursday but with the bad weather coming, I called them to se if they could move up to Tuesday and they could. It turned out to be a great move because the weather was great little or no fog for a change and moderate winds We got right to work putting fat trout in the boat from Lake Amadee working the shorelines with Bayside Skeleton Shads in Smoke under corks and titeline. The bite was not fast but steady and all the trout were in the 2 lb range, Nice. The trout just quit so I changed everyone over to gold spoons and hit he shallow coves and grass beds and had some line stretching reds hooked up in no time. We moved around abit after that trying to find the trout again, caught a few everywhere but no concentration. But it added up to a nice box of fish. The guys had ablast and you could not ask for better weather, Good move changing up the days and it paid off with the 120 qt filled to the top.
