Fish has been hit and miss, and very inconsistent, but I have still had some very good days this month. The snook are finally settling down in there spring areas, and they are eating as of late.I haven't been getting the numbers that I was last year this time but the fish have been bigger. The redfish bite has been great,I have had my best luck on a low incoming tide.We have caught all sizes from 16 inch to 34 inches in the same spots. The whitebait has been the key to catching any of the inshore spieces, and bait has been hard to find due to the cold fronts that we had early this month.

The mackeral have been on the artificial reefs and hard bottom in the middle of the bay.Using a chum bag or chumming whitebait can really get the bite going.Trout have been on the deeper potholes and cuts on the flats,Shrimp whitebait will do the trick. Here are some recent catches from this month!!!

Tightlines!!!!!!!
