Sunday was a good day on the water despite all the boat traffic. Plenty of good fishing off the beaten paths. Fishing the open water for Mackerel and Trout was a bit bumpy from boat wakes but the wind calmed nicely.

The great tam bay water temp are getting to where they should be for this time of the year. Most of the bays and different areas are 70 and above witch this means the fish are going to start going crazy!

This is the first year that I have seen the great tarpon show up so early in the year. It is a great thing and we have been able to catch a number of these silver kings. It will just keep getting better as the spring starts warming up!
