Details:The Boca series by Quantum is another fine example of what a spinning reel should be. Each reel features their famous TiMAG Salt bail system that has a magnetic clutch. While this reel is relatively new we expect that old salts will be happy with this real in the long term as it has the also famous Quantum Saltguard that features six-layer corrosion protection.

Stick With The Cabo Series

I cheaped out and bought this reel over the cabo and returned it a few days later to get the cabo... This reel is not bad, but after fishing both reels, I def like the Quantum Cabo Reel much better. Got one on ebay for a much better deal than the local tackle shops and online retailers.

This reel has been absolutely of great value to me and so far no problems. It is very sturdy and smooth for big stripers. The low maintenance is perfect for my style of fishing.
