Fished THURSDAY cancelled Friday and fished SUNDAY with some good results. THURSDAY had Lyle and his group and they didn't want to make the long run to the Sound so we headed for the lake and started well hopping but the water was mixed from a few days of wind and the bite was slow. The 4th well had a few trout feeding and the guys put 28 in the box before the wind came up and really dirtied up the water. We decided to head for the marsh and see if the reds were biting and we got on a decent bite with the guys landing 6 and missing 2. SUNDAY had Herbie and his friends aboard and with the winds down we were Sound bound and we headed for some close in wells and started slow but as the tide moved faster we got into a good trout bite and everyone was putting them into the box. Two wells produced the best and they ended the day with 62 trout in the 1 to 3 lb. range and the wives had some big smiles on there faces as by their calculation they edged the guys out by a tiny bit and you know I think they did. ANOTHER 2 GREAT DAYS IN THE BLAZER BAY.

CHALLENGER RODS AND H&H TACKLE HAULED THEM IN AGAIN.
