Gene Dugas

Bill Gibson Group

Started out this morning with very windy conditions and lots of lightening in the sound with lots of rain. Decided to stay in the marsh to see what happened. We hit a few spots picking up 1 trout then got on few reds along with some drum. Pickings were slim but I assured the crew we would find the fish it just may take awhile. Well A while later we got onto a steady bite of nice trout along with some small ones to keep it interesting. Shrimp under corks at first then switched to croaker on a split shot catching all nice trout. The tide stop so we headed in and made that last stop and it was on a bite on every cast with plastic but only a few went into the box but it was a nice way to finish up. We already had a nice box of fish so I headed r to the dock. Great group today and a pleasure to fish with.

48 Trout 1 to 3 lbs

2 Reds

3 Drums
