Big fish at the Beach. Saturday I helped out on a three boat bachelor party trip. With my hung-over crew of three we headed to the MRGO Rocks and made a good long drift with no Trout to show for. We really were just killing time till the winds died a little as forecast so we could get out to the Sound. Once we made it to the rigs the guys put some meat in the box. Not as many Reds that day as it has been, but the monster Sheepshead were in full force. Every time you would pull one up there would be three or four others swimming with it. With a full box of fish and a worn out crew we headed back to the dock. All three boats caught lots of big hard fighting fish and had a great time.
Spring action is here. The big Reds and Heads are eating up at the outer rigs and this is a great time to load the boat with big hard fighting fish. The Trout action is ready to break open any day now. The books are filling up fast, don't miss out on the fun. Call now to book your trip of a lifetime. Overnight accommodations on the bayou are available.
All fish in the Suzuki powered Blazer Bay were caught on Capt. Rory's United Charters custom rods provided by CUI Products with Shimano reels, spooled with Power Pro line. All fish removed and boxed with the one and only Just Grab it Glove.
