We fished the river section fir about 4hrs this morning and the wind was blowing reasonable strong. Water surface temperature varied from 24.5-25.5 Deg C.
We started with weightless flukes in the grass but the results were not so hot except for a 1.5Kg that I hooked up and so we changed over to weightless Zeros and drop shot with finesse worms.
My niece got her first bass which was her first fish ever and it was a whopping 1.74Kg on a weightless Zero.
She was so scared of the fish it took a lot of convincing to get her to hold it for the pic.
We got around another 10 fish or so all around 300-400mm on weightless zeros between 1-2m and drop shot at around 3-4m.
