Mike. Dan, from the Mandeville area and Tim from Walker were a little worried about the weather for today, but after canceling a trip yesterday over the weatherman's report and it turning out great I told them not to worry they would probably be wrong again, and they were. We went straight out under over cast skies with a cool North wind and got into the trout at our second stop. Nice fish steady bite all morning long. Shrimp under corks plastic titelined and corks and TOP WATER'S OH YEA. The guys did a great job of putting bites into fish on ice. After limiting on the trout and playing catch and release for awhile we decided to try the reds. First stop on a cove in Clabasse and the drag's were smoking. Three bulls and one red were on ice in no time. The box was full and it was time to call it a day.
