Seems as though Winter has finally reached us here in South Florida. Back to back fronts have dropped morning temperatures considerably. A welcome change for us, a jacket in the morning but pretty much back to shirtsleeves in the afternoon. Deep Sea fishing on cooler January afternoons in shirtsleeves.....Very warm Winter here so far....so far. Getting a stiff breeze with the latest frontal system and the ocean has a bite to it. Certainly fishable and the fish certainly like it, but it is sporty out there. Mahi-Mahi moving down the line off the edge of the reef and Sailfish doing the same but best for them directly over the top of the reef line in roughly 100 to 120 feet of water. All of this taking place directly out front which is nice, no real travel time once we clear the inlet. Included some pictures of anglers who joined us here aboard Marlin My Darlin and also the Wahoo pics that somehow didn't post with the last report.
