The day started out at my dock at Fort Pike with crew of good friends, we crossed Lake Borgne and went to 3 mile, found some tide running across points and the catching started. We was using live shrimp and DOA under a popping cork. The trout are hitting hard so you let them take the shrimp down before you set the hook.
The fresh water has not hurt us. The bite is on !!! The day ended with 100 trout . If you are looking for a great day fishing call me.
